Brand clarity in the world’s biggest German language course

The Goethe-Institut is the worlds biggest provider of German language courses and a worldwide platform for cultural exchange. Since 2016 we are helping the Goethe-Institut to extend their services to the digital realm.

One of the biggest tasks of the last years has been the global redesign of the digital booking funnels for language courses and exams. In an extensive exercise with the internal teams, we simplified the user journeys whilst making access to all relevant information easier at all times of the journey.

Shortly after the release of the first language course booking funnel, we were able to observe the appreciation of the redesign. The bookings went up by around 30% in the first markets we launched in.
